| 2024-11-01 |  | | The app straight up doesn't work. When I selected where I wanted to go the pop-up that asked where I wanted to be picked up at would disappear before I could pick a location. Making the app impossible to use, I couldn't do anything but exit the app. |
| 2024-09-24 |  | | Horrible app, we have been left stranded a few times but they still charged us. Driver's are unreliable, not friendly, and the one time we actually did managed to get a ride the driver pulls out and almost side swiped another car. The other driver we managed to get drove past out pickup spot then slammed on his brakes at the last moment. We still have two days here in Salem but from now on we have decided to use Uber. A little more money but they are more reliable so worth it. |

Tried it out when they were 1st available in Salem & had so many issues--pickups 1-2 hrs out, arrivals delayed/cancelled at last min, no-shows, pickup locations so far away it defeats the purpose of the service. Recently saw their marketing campaign re: extending service to Danvers & Beverly...except they didn't. Only Liberty Tree Mall, Cherry Hill Park, & MGH are covered in Danvers, downtown only in Beverly. Prior mentioned issues still exist. |
| 2024-07-24 |  | | Had a great experience riding the Skipper. Was out in western part of Salem booked a ride about 20 minute wait. Van arrived within 3 minutes of allotted time. Quick cheap ride back to town. |
| 2024-06-19 |  | | So lucky to live in this beautiful city called Salem! This app is awesome, you need to plan to book a ride 30 minutes earlier and that is actually nice. You can get ready and track the ride on the app. Very easy to use. We went to winter Island and back effortlessly. Thank you Salem! |

| 2023-07-30 |  | | Convenient when it works, frustrating when it doesn't. More often than not there's not a single skipper available, and when there is they're usually at least half an hour away. Had a couple of times that the driver pulled up and immediately drove off when they didn't see me right away. Even though there's options to contact the driver they'll never contact you first. |
