But it never reached to me, additionally, when i requested for a refund, they said it had to be send to your account between 3-10 days. But no response after 1 month, tried to reach out, same ai response continiously. So bad customer support, do not recommend |

Support only gives you copy pasted answers, even worse than their bot does. Do not trust this app! And do not be deceived by their answer on reviews, they solve nothing! |

| 2024-09-29 |  | | I have a very bad story to tell about Ozon. Ozon promised to deliver a very necessary good on the 13th of September. After the purchase, lo and beyond, its actually from the 13-19th, they they mess up, push the delivery to the 23d, apologize and PROMISE TO REFUND ME AND DELIVER MY PACKAGE "in 1-3 business days". Then they pushed the date to the 29th! I go back online to check Customer Service - THEY DELETED THE MESSAGE, DIDN’T REDUND, and said, "we feel for you, but can't help!" Horrible!! |

Can't get to suuport, only standart useless answers from bot. They canceled part of my order without any reason, and money for it still aren't refunded. |
