    Kindly asking to provide the English language menu instead of only the russian language. Then, add the English language to the menu so foreigners can use it normally, especially those who don't read russian!

    Unable to refund an accidental subscription after 3 days have passed. Where is it written? Even the support employee knows not. It just is. When you search for the usual amount of days in which a payment can be returned, a website will usually say 7-10 days at the bare minimum, but apparently any company with a red and white logo in Russia could care less about informing their customers in visible ways.

    Installed it after i got a message from the provider that my purchase from a card was unsuccessful and there was a link to open to read the full message. Phone has enough memory and isn't old, but the app just crashed. (Also, for god's sake, please do something about the fact that your cell coverage is awful! A couple km out of the city and you lose any kind of connection, much less mobile data, which isn't an issue for literally almost every other provider in Russia.

    you have weaknesses in your network some time the signal is lost when travelling by train , but you can improve your network by using the fiber lines close to the rail train in big area , also i think the customer service is not bad and can be improved. thanks said Alramadneh telecom expert

    Unreasonable forced updates. Just a hour ago it was totally ok to open an app and connect to the billing server. It was not old, did not show errors and worked fine. But now when I need to top up the balance after a long conversation the app suddenly tells me it is obsolete and have to be updated. One freaking hour after working perfectly fine. What the hell MTS!?

    As a local service maybe you are the most expensive company in Russia, I bought your sim from the airport by 1000 ruble and they told me it has unlimited access to the internet .after just two weeks. I surprised that I don't have access to the internet and I can't call .In addition you told me to pay 700 ruble to extend the service. I really shocked from your service as a foreigner who came to Russia at the first time.

    - The app doesn't work at all after update (shows the message "no internet connection"). How can I fix it and start to use app again? - Takes huge amount of storage space (it does not required for such simple tasks, please reduce used space size from 117 MB to 10MB - this is enough)

    Annoying fullscreen popup asking to rate the app every time it's opened, no opt-out option, even if you have already rated, it still appears. Mobile daily data limit on some plans can only be checked in the daytime.
