2024-10-14 | Vlad Mihnea | Promising concept, poor execution and suport. Borderline fraudulent which is unacceptable when managing invoices. Will submit a complaint to the relevant authorities. Invoice appeared to be paid in the app but the supplier did not receive the money. Penalties were applied to the invoice and I almost lost the domain name because it was not renewed in time (supplier was/is a hosting provider). The Support Manager was condescending and passive agresive. | |
2024-07-30 | Austere Alex | App worked great when they first released it. With each update they made it worst. Vodafone account doesn't sync since ages, they did nothing to fix it. Supercom account does not sync, no fix yet. Eon and other accounts get duplicate locations (i got 6 so far) and it is annoying as hell. Compania de apă Someș does not sync.. Today i've cancelled my premium subscription and try looking somewhere else.. really sad guys because you had such great potential 😔. | |
2023-08-20 | Catalin Martin | Completely useless now. I live in USA and used this app to pay for my family bills for the last 2 years using a credit card from USA. Suddenly this.month when try to pay the bills it would not work. Deleted the card and tried and added a different one. No luck. Reached out to customer service and the response was that "the card has to be issued in European Union". Really? Out of nowhere. Worked until last month Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Will delete my account and uninstall the app. | |

And they increased the cost of the premium from a month to another without telling me. They increased the cost two times in in two months and they just took more money from my card without any notification. | |

Indeed the problem is solved and I used the app flawless like before. Really appreciate the fast response and solving of the problem. 5* for devs. | |

2022-05-06 | Daniel Mihai | After a very long time, the Vodafone issue has not been solved and got even worse. The integration almost worked for a period of time with an additional step required every month, but now it stopped working altogether. I removed the account and tried to add it again (as I did last time when it stopped working), but now I cannot even add it anymore... It's a shame, because the app is really useful. I will reconsider my rating after the problem is solved. Thanks! | |
2022-04-19 | Andra Valentina Sanduleasa | It is the second month I have had this app. First month I could transfer the points from my Benefit account to Pago, but couldn't use the points when paying the bills and had to contact the support team. This month even though I purchased the points over 4 business days ago, I still cannot see the points in the app and I have no estimated date when this will be solved. I will be uninstalling this app after I finally get my points and hopefully manage to pay my bills. Good support team though | |
2022-04-14 | Mihai Ionut Alexandru | First time user, tried to pay multiple bills at once. Gracefully failed. Instead of autorize the full amount, they took only 1 bill. Then, app was not working to process my payment (app is showing payment as refused, but bank account said transaction was validated). Conclusion, money was taken, bill was not payed. I prefer to pay them manually in future instead of chasing my money |
