| 2024-11-27 |  | | Began nicely,but for the last 3~ month the service plummeted,areas where internet speed or any type of data connection slowed to snails pace/stopped working altogether,....the main atraction being the 150gb high speed data plan for 39 lei.calling is as buggy,taking long to connect the call with it ocasionally failing.i cant recomend this at all anymore,my family already moved to other providers and im doing so too.use vodafone instead. |

The new version of the app is laggy, crashes often, and often refuses to exit (remains stuck in the background). Response to Orange: it's your own customer service who refused to reimburse the payments, even when presented with proof of transfer. |
