App summary
Gravity Box is a minimalist, skill-based physics puzzle where you use blasts to push a box around, hopefully in the finish point.
The early levels will teach you how to play the game and present the basic concepts: you are equipped with a rocket launcher used by tapping on the screen. Blasts are created where the rocket explodes.
The game's difficulty consists in using the right amount of force by launching rockets at the right distance and angle.
It's time to remember the laws of motion!

Nearly a perfect game. I love leveled games that get more advanced, my only issue with this game is that it very rarely gets harder conceptually, it's usually just difficult in the sense that later in the game to win I have to touch a smaller portion of the screen and I only get one chance. this makes the percentile system useless. I'd love to see a sequel where it's genuinely a puzzle not just a precise aim challenge.
This is the best mobile game that is not based on a non-mobile version. It is not pay to play, it has no collectibles or anything like that, it's just gameplay, and fun gameplay too, with no over simplification. If there was a paid version, I would get it. I love it. It's a unique, twist on platforming, and challenging but fun, and not addictive, which is definitely a nice change of pace in mobile gaming. I've played only 20 minutes and I love it, with its simplistic graphics and lack of story.
Well done, fun and challenging! A lot of skill, with a tad of luck. Just right! Suggestion for future boards - see if you can use the phone accelerometers to have the player use phone movements to bump\slide\tilt the box. Or to slightly shift the level under the box to catch it in a different spot than it would have landed.
