Then it says login in issue, like, come on, get with the 20th century, send a text or vertication number to use, so verify it to me. It was very disappointing, very frustrating. Can't even reset my the password. Give this app 1 star |

But it is annoying if this is going to happen every time they need a update. I don't want to have to spend hrs on the phone to tech support just to check how my super is going |

At first I was having issues with the last step verifying device security but now it doesn't even like my member number so that's fun They asked me to uninstall and reinstall (even though this is the first time downloading the app) and I did, still broken. It askes me to input my pin and says something went wrong please try again and no matter how many times I try it doesn't work and I can't log in. |

Support has no time frame for update, email for said support just bounces back as non existent, and just being advised to "update app and OS" as the only help. Currently in the process of moving to Aus super, as if this is the indication of how they support you just viewing your account, I can't imagine how painful it is to actually use any services. |
| 2020-03-24 |  | | The app was good even though it used to freeze frequently but since the recent volatility in market my account keeps getting logged out and when i try logging back in with the PIN it does not recognises the PIN leaving me to go through forget my password process. This has happened to my friends too recently. Its the same experience as Ben in the review. |
| 2020-02-01 | | | Keep getting technical errors with AIA vitality. Always takes forever to load the page and my activities never synchronise. Update: Contacted the AIA Vitality team through email and I was told to 'open your exercise (Google Fit) and Rest apps frequently throughout the week so that the data can be synced across', which obviously didn't solve the problem. I emailed back for further assistance but never got a response. Absolutely disappointing. |

Would love to be able to see the performance over time with breakdowns of investment type and investment date Customer service isnt much help when i comtact them. The app regularly fails to sync with google fit and everytime i just get told to uninstall and reinstall. Becomimg a weekly thing now missed several rewards because of it. |
