| 2024-06-22 |  | | It doesn't work at all. Well, it opens, and it takes automatic pictures while following you around the room before it keeps stopping. Then try to use it to go live, it's really terrible. Keeps telling me to install TikTok, which is installed duh, but can't find it apparently. This is really one of the worst apps I ever tried. What a waste of $50 for a device that could be marvelous if the software wasn't that awful. |

Firstly, the movement is very staggered and it adds this weird quality to my videos. Also, I can't seem to use the face tracking outside of the app, ie. on snapchat. I've granted the app every permission it asked for, including overlay on other apps. A little icon will overlay, but it does nothing and will disappear if touched. Also the game crashes due to what it called "a known bug" |

The app has been updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled. I am about to remove it again and add it back. |

Rotating the base of the unit to see if it keeps the object it's locked on centered, It waits till the object is almost out of the viewing area and then tries to turn but goes past the object and sometimes just starts focusing on other items that are not locked in. I've tried put the APAI genie version 1 and version 2. Results for poor on both of them. |

Resolved the issue literally by following the directions, 1 turn on the device, 2 turn on Bluetooth AND location on your phone then start the app. Also if you use it in portrait mode you'll pick up more of the device motor sound, didn't notice at all in landscape mode. This app needs location on in order to work |

To track any small item, whole screen is getting locked. If somehow, object tracking starts, stops after 15-20 seconds, even though video recording is 'ON'. Please provide some patch/update |

This makes it unusable for its intended function. Email replies talk of an update soon. But to sell a product with this obvious problem is not acceptable. 2 months out with no change to wobble. Don't waste your time and money. |

There's a million other apps that do the other functions out there facial tracking object tracking is the whole point of this app If you can't do it ? It uses Bluetooth to talk to the phone to move the phone. Without the Bluetooth the app is pointless.. |

I reached out for support and was basically given the directions in setting up the device. I would recommend having a location within the app that saves videos and pictures. |

Face tracking obviously doesn't work when you have to turn away, and object tracking is hard to do if you're the object and you can't lock on from a distance. Also the app doesn't seem to want to close. So I wind up rebooting my phone to get rid of it. Nice gizmo, Hope I can make it work better! |
