I subscribed for 1 year and paid but the application not working keep saying pay for subscription very bad application and you don't have contact number and you don't reply to emails what is the solution

Very bad application. They logged me out. Unable to watch or unsubscribe. And keep charging fees from my account till now. Application made update and tried to log on .no way many times .sent to support .they never reply .sent mail to Unsubscribe They did not respond and kept charging fees till now .this issue more than 4 months .they charge me without giving any service or allow me logon.
