2024-12-08 | Andrew Kalinin | Amazing app. A lot of data available, battery capacity check with real energy counting, highly detailed report with huge load of data. Great job, developers! Reality above expectations for sure!
2024-11-30 | Bogdan Dol | Very nice app. Lots of useful information on a Auris Touring Sports 2017. Maybe i didn't find it or maybe it's not reported by Toyota, but i think it would be also nice to see the voltage and the current on the LowSide of the DCDC converter (12V lead battery). Thanks to developers for their hard work and dedication! Cheers!
2024-08-27 | Joshua McDonald | Update: using recommended adaptor I am blown away. Additional to upfront information the report is a whole new level. I am surprised this feature isn't paid or at least in part. When it works this app is incredibly generous with what it gives for free. I don't get much information but I have a message saying bad obd. I can monitor battery voltage. I read the FAQ I believe the obd adaptor I have is good but I will get the recommended and try again. Dr Prius worked fine.
2024-08-11 | Teimurazi Apridonidze | Very difficult to connect with bluetooth on ELM 327. You would do well to add auto connect as the DR. prius has it. Pixel 6 pro
2024-06-21 | Andrew Whyman | Useful app but fails to open long journeys (>150 miles) in hybrid reporter without errors, and the UX250h hybrid fan speed control isn't supported despite it being possible (Dr Prius app can do it). I can't run both apps at the same time so would love for Hybrid Assistant to support this. Happy to test if the app is updated. Using S21 Ultra.
2024-04-15 | thph | Don't forget to quit the app throughout the circle bar standby icon. Just closing it by swiping it off screen leaves it on in the background and it really *eats up battery.* Also, if I change the units to be displayed, it changes right back. Update: I almost certain that this app caused my traction battery cooling fan too not run out not run at high enough speed. This will destroy your battery.
2024-03-18 | Lorenzo Nicora | It used to brilliant for my old Auris hybrid 2010. With the newer Corolla Hybrid 2020 it only shows few sensors. No electric motors RPMs for example. I see the Corolla profile is marked "experimental". I suppose the developer didn't have the chance to update it. I understand the app is probably developed on a volunteering basis, so I don't blame. But being outdated makes it useless for newer models, unfortunately.
2023-09-18 | banana joe | The app before last update was great, now the fan constantly stops, I think it's due to connection or GPS positioning. And when it disconnects then it can't reconnect even if im not moving, it says can't connect while moving, that feature really ruined the app, I wish the fan would stay running so I dont have to pull over and mess with an app. I love the app and want to use it, but I have to use dr prius because at least the fan will stay on
2023-01-22 | Benrie Fourie | Best app to have for a hybrid. Been using it on my 2021 RAV4 on Android radio. Amazing. I can see my battery charge and temperature which is the mist important to me. The temperature determines the charge/discharge power available. Tons of info to play with, but its super functional and help to diagnose and look after your car.
2022-11-21 | EJ Reed | Non functional. As of November 20, 2022, the app crashes immediately upon opening. I would have run it on a Note8, as it is a spare phone I have. The app crashes and closes itself as soon as it connects to my obd2 adapter (obd link mx+ ~$100) Having a warning notifying users that the app does not function with bluetooth music is also something that should be considered as many of us use bluetooth music any time we are in the car. |
