App was what i was looking for, but the text can only be placed at fixed places, ie bottom center etc. I wanted to place it at a specific place. Thsge why i didn't like this.

Idk why it has only 3.8 stars...it's a great app and does what is advertised - you can create your own wallpapers with text.
