2024-08-25 | Nic Aye | This app reminds me of why I bought my own personal scóoter last year. You put money into the app then it doesn't allow you to that money to pay for a ride pass. It kind of tricks you into loading money onto your account. It states that a $5 deposit may be required so you may have three rides without reloading IF you don't exceed $5 each ride. Renting anything sucks in general this just lets me know I made a góod decision and simply need to upgrade and get a new scooter. These apps are scams | |
2024-08-12 | Echo | I used one bike for about 35 minutes the other night, and it simply wouldn't let me end the ride when I was done. I was forced to go to bed without ending it and woke up to a $70 charge. Reached out to support and after 3 days of emailing back and forth they finally "reimbursed" me by adding credit to my account. I don't consider that to be the refund the customer support FAQ claimed I would get. I want my money back and it definitely shouldn't be taking this long. Spin sucks. | |
2024-07-14 | Robert Fladung | Worst experience ever. I downloaded the app, added money, and could not get it to excelerate. I manually pushed it the whole way. I finally got home and tried to end ride, but can't because it says I'm in a no ride zone. It wants me to push it back to an area further than where I got it. So, right now it is charging me because I can't end ride. No customer service. Spin sucks. Now just waiting to see how long it charges my card. We'll, update. You charged me down to $0. You can reimburse me. | |

2024-06-09 | Natasha Tallent | I decided to try out a spin bike after seeing them around town. I scanned the code, downloaded the app etc. The bike had a low battery... Found another one nearby and it was good to go. After figuring out the lock pin, I finally was on my way home (I was already at 3 minutes). Tried to lock it, but pin refused to go in the slot. I spent 5 minutes before I got it locked. I was frustrating, a waste of my time AND I was being charged for the time! | |

I can't access the spin pass page (which I'd assume they'd actually try to make work because it's their premium plan), and the first time trying to unlock a scooter was painful. 2023-04-14 | Victor | Very very nice. Quick and easy! But, it's way too expensive in Baton Rouge... $5 for an 8 min ride is at least twice too much!!!! I like that they always seem available and charged though. Gotcha has bikes here also and the problems with their service are: it's glitchy, it's not easy to unlock, the bikes aren't pretty much everywhere, and they aren't available half the time. I like that this seems reliable, but hate the cost again. Maybe the cost gets fewer people using, but it sucks, A LOT! | |
2022-08-24 | Yuhe Chen | Having issue with first scooter that it does start. Returned it immediately and unlocked the second one. Discover that I was charged $2.93. The ride experience with second scooter is ok. The start button is kind of funky which doesn't always respond. You have to try a couple times. There is sometimes a sudden dash speed up which you have to be careful. I spent about 25 minutes for a 2 mile ride. Charged $12.85. It's quite expensive. 2022-07-03 | Chaya Bassman | Scooters drive great. Easy to unlock. Had a great time. Problem was parking/ending. Did a group ride and the app would not let me end the ride. It registered the parking area to be an illegal parking area, even though one of them was a spin scooter parking dock(!) and the second was marked for parking scooters!! It continued to charge me for another hour until the app finally responded and let me end the ride. Update: contacted support. they responded and reimbursed the extra charge! :) | |
2022-05-31 | Dereck Isom | Contact the Better Business Bureau. The app was great before. However, I hadn't used it in a few months. Over the last two days, I've had to solo and one group ride fail to end. The group ride unlocked in the app, but the scooters didn't. My wallet was emptied regardless of my actual ride time. My photos wouldn't submit, so I was reprimanded within the app. When I tried to report the issue within the app, it showed that my report was sent, but it obviously didn't work (reprimands). |
