2024-12-08 | S Winner | Update: Latest update wrecked it. Too much stretching frequently repeated in the same session. I spend too much time swapping exercies to build a challenging workout even with the Hard or Personalized plans. Moving on ____Previously: Excellent free app. Good exercises that can be done anywhere & advanced to your level. I use it as a morning warm-up. Music, voice and ads are not intrusive. 3 years & still using along with other, more traditional workouts. Have tried others, keep coming back.
2024-07-19 | Amber Miller | I used to love this app and paid for the premium no-ad version. It kept track of my weight and I could reset the progress each month to start over again. However, with the most recent update, every time I reset my progress, it immediately resets to show all days are completed again when I log back in. I've cleared the cache, logged out and back in again multiple times, even uninstalled and reinstalled. I've reached out to support and got no response. Still cannot reset my progress.
2024-06-12 | Ali Davis | This is a bait and switch. It's all about collecting as much data as possible and then trying to push you to an expensive subscription. I was extremely disappointed. Edited to reply to the developer's response: There was literally NO option for me to move forward without subscribing. None. If there is, you're making it incredibly difficult to find and get to, which is a weasel move. I stand by my two stars.
2024-04-30 | Samantha Veneros | The instructions voice doesn't work that well, if you've restarted/repeat a day routine or want to start in the middle of a routine to get to a particular exercise the trainer voice and count down timer stop functioning. The amount of ads is also pretty annoying. I get it's free but other apps have only 1 ad at a time where as this one has 3 or 4 in a row. The exercises are good but the app itself is a little annoying.
2024-04-23 | Christina Huckaby | This is my first time using the app, but so far I really like it. It collects basic info about your current health status and goals before getting started. The visuals are very helpful, and the verbal instructions are extremely clear which is great because I can't always have my eyes on the visuals. On this app, the verbals are clear about what to do, when to start, give almost finished warnings, and a clear stop time. To continue using on day 3, you are forced to subscribe.
2024-04-10 | Amy M | I wanted to try pilates, but the studios are booked and very expensive. This app is kicking my behind, in a good way. The workouts are just long enough and the time passes quickly. Update at day 28, app keeps crashing, I have to restart my phone to resolve it. I wish there were easier variations illustrated. I'm old and injured and can't do all the moves. I'm just making variations up that I can do.
2024-02-21 | Kristin Davis | So far, I love this app. Although it has ads and I have to wait for those, I understand that is necessary in order for it to be free. I love the visuals it provides and then explanations. The rest in-between allows me to get my bearings and breath a bit. I'm just getting back into a regular workout routine and this has been perfect. 4 days in and I can already tell a difference in my flexibility.
2024-01-24 | Adrienne Knauer | Overall, I really like this app so far. The exercises are a good mix of stretching for flexibility and strengthening to tone muscle. The pace is good and each set takes about 10-15 minutes, so it's easy to fit in before work as a quick bonus activity in a day. The explanations of the moves has been good so far, and the time that has elapsed and instructions on when to switch sides is clear. Other reviews had complained about that, so it must have been updated.
2023-09-26 | Lisa Lohani | Great app so far! I did the monthly subscription so no ads. It seems that most of the previous complaints were updated regarding letting you know when to switch sides (and giving you time to do so 😉.) I like that you can skip, repeat, pause, etc. Exercise levels seem appropriate (at least for the regular one) video examples are helpful, and I don't feel like I'm injuring myself with these exercises as I do have lower back, knee, and wrist problems. All in all, a great app. Thank you!
2023-09-07 | Saira Khan | I love this app SO much! I have the free version and the ads aren't even intrusive. One thing that would help is that it would be nice to have a light chime or something when it's time to switch sides, so I don't have to look at my phone. Otherwise, it's perfect! EDIT: Voice guidance kicked in after app update. I have an old device, so that may have played a part as well. I'd give it extra stars if I could! |
