Generated pictures or videos, also some ID's or confirmation photos are from 1960s or older with sepia colored pictures or black and white photographs, it needs to be out of play store soon. It is waste of time. |

I can take a video in 4k on my phone, but when I try and take a picture of a photo ID for your unnecessary 9 step KYC process it looks like I'm using a flip phone. It's like you've deliberately made this process as ineffective as possible. I'm 7 steps into giving you everything but the deed to my house and I can't continue because your devs can't let us use the focus feature on our cameras. |

Currently, users who forget their password face difficulty logging back in, especially if they're unable to use Facebook or international SMS due to country-specific issues. Adding a backup code, similar to the one used for the wallet, could greatly improve account recovery accessibility and security for many users. Unfortunately, Pl still didn't reply. I lost my account because of Pl team. Please help me.. |

The quality is a complete blur. Please fix this issue as I have raised a troubleshoot for Samsung S21 plus and nothing has changed yet. Please fix the app so that I can complete the kyc. |
| 2024-11-05 |  | | The browser won't allow me complete my liveness check. It keeps on showing annoying messages of something went wrong and the timer keeps on counting down. I tried logging on another device and was able to complete it but couldn't submit successfully. It's totally frustrating to be left in a lurch in this manner after several months of mining. I believe updating the app will help in fixing many of the issues people are encountering especially as regards kyc verification. |
| 2024-11-04 |  | | Nice and smooth. My request to pi network once again, The pi wallet security is too weak because 2 factor authentication isn't provided to the wallet yet. Secondly i advise you to consider about it, and it's very important. Thirdly whenever you plan to provide 2 factor authentication! Every body must link through pi mining app before get access to use 2 factor authentication process in the pi wallet. Thank. |

Please consider adding an option for users to set a password as a backup login method. Also, integrating two-factor authentication via an authenticator app would add an extra layer of security. These features are standard on other platforms and would provide better protection and peace of mind if the paraphrase is lost. |

My only problem now is the route to account recovery limited to two (2), which is the registered/verified phone number and facebook account, excluding verified email address. As at present, the only option feasible to me is the email route as I have lost access to the two aforementioned route. I would like to plead with the developers to make do an option for account recovery via verified email address. Thank you!!!!!!! |
| 2024-09-03 |  | | My pi browser doesn't load well anymore. I can't access my wallet or any other tool on my dashboard on the browser. It just displays "welcome to pi browser", together with the pi logo. Exactly like the picture on this app description on playstore. I've been hoping that you will release an update that will fix that, cos it's been almost 3 months since I noticed this. Please fix this and I'll give 5 stars |
