| 2024-11-28 |  | | This app is amazing, I always wanted something like this, now I no longer need my projector, (still use it) and now I can multi task so much from video editing, to streaming, and working at the same time. No watermarks, no free trial, less ads, this app is amazing. Now I can finally ditch that USB-C to HDMI mess. I kinda prefer USB connections because yes. Now I changed my mind over buying a new monitor because of this app. Thank you so much! |

Unfortunately, I had buggy frames when watching YouTube + it's just my phone that's small so it's not the easiest to see in my case. Luckily, I found a way to change the resolution on my phone as an extended monitor through my Windows display settings. |

There is a bug though that only one of the screens has touch properly working. Everytime I connect the second touchscreen, it only works as a mouse pointer. |
| 2024-05-26 |  | | It's Free; It's Simple; It's better than the rest!!!! You can extend the desktop (even from Windows display settings if you want). U can duplicate your screen if you prefer. It's useful for a lot: IF you break your laptops screen :/, For example. I project to my tablet an extended display (3rd screen) for when I am outside. Duplicate for when not home. I play FFXIV in windowed mode on my tablet seamlessly. Touch screen works as a mouse, or can use Bluetooth keyboard/mouse if you want. Epic. |
| 2023-08-28 |  | | This app is still in beta, but it works great! I'd recommend using a wired USB connection where you can, as wireless can be very laggy by its nature. I have a cheap $45 HD (1280x800) 8" tablet connected to my Windows 11 laptop through a USB A-to-C cable, and it's working flawlessly as a second monitor with touchscreen support. Looking at Amazon for equivalent portable monitors, they are at least 2X-3X this price. No ads, no option to buy, but I would purchase this. |

If you want to use two devices, both with spacedesk installed... You have to turn off the Windows part, even if you're only transfering files from one device.... Be better to control the connection from the devices not Windows, ya think? |
| 2022-09-12 |  | | The app is great, works on old and new devices. However, its settings are not very intuitive, and the best settings for performance are not the default. I suffered the 30 Hz refresh rate for long before I noticed the option to use my tablet's native refresh rate. 30 Hz vs 60 Hz is a night-day difference. There is still a little lag with the 60 Hz RR, but much more acceptable than the one with 30 Hz. Browse your computer's AND tablet app's settings thoroughly for best use. Too bad no USB support. |

Absolutely amazing job guys. It did seem that no matter what I did, there was a sound issue - however I just used a different app to pass the sound to my device as needed... it'd be nice to only have to run yours, but hey.. it is what it is... I'm thankful for spacedesk! |
| 2021-12-15 |  | | Simple and easy to use, mouse functionality works as expected with options of trackpad and touchscreen, and keyboard is functional, as you'd expect. However, I'd recommend adding a click button, so you'd therefore be able to click without accidentally moving the mouse, and another button for right clicks would be very neat as well. The menu button should have an option to switch from trackpad and touchscreen so you don't need to disconnect in order to switch. I highly recommend this app overall. |

But, I've noticed with version 0.9.80 of the app and 1.0.18 on the PC, that when the screens have turned themselves off after I have been away, the 'Connected-Display OFF' message on the tablet is stationary in the center of the screen, instead of bouncing around randomly like it did before the update. I don't know what the chance of burn-in is, but I don't think I want to find out. |
