2024-10-22 | S. Mitchell | When using this app on my cell phone, why does the "BOLD" and the "UNDERLINE" not work? It works fine when I'm on my desk top, but it disappears when I update the same event on my cell phone. Can someone tell me how to keep, and or make letters bold and underlined from cell phone? Thanks, otherwise this would have gotten 5 stars from me.
2024-10-09 | Jay Scherger | It used to be better! There's now an extra step required to snooze an event/reminder for a certain amount of time. You used to go directly from click/snooze to snooze/time. Now a random default snooze time of 10 or 15 mins (that I'm sure is helpful to no one), so you have to click into snooze, then the default, then snooze/time. It's the little things folks... And if this wasn't a purposeful change, then I'd recommend more regression testing.
2024-06-18 | Dallas Helton | I love the app, but I can't use it without event templates. I have irregularly recurring appointments, and I don't want to type in all the details every time. I know that I can copy an event, but that would require scrolling back to find the event that I want to copy. Several calendar apps have a template back, such as Business Calendar 2. The devs should look there if they don't know what I'm talking about.
2024-06-13 | Eric Johnson | [Update: loses one star for very rarely (twice in several years) reverting to an older state, restoring deleted past events and deleting upcoming ones] Love eCalendar! One request: When recurring weekly events are edited en masse, changing the date should automatically adjust the day of the week on which the event recurs as well. That it does not feels counterintuitive, and if the user doesn't doublecheck they might not even notice that the desired effect was not achieved. Thanks!
2024-06-01 | candy apple | My only complaint is recently I now would have to pay for extra colors when they've been available to me all these years. Most of my recurring events are in colors that are no longer available to me. Since I put up with more frequent pop up ads than what used to be on here, I think now charging just for extra colors is stupid, especially when it's something you offered free for many years. I didn' circumvented anything. I don't know how to do that. The colors were always just available to me.
2024-05-28 | Zelyaine Z | There are just so many clever things incorporated in this calendar's design: Excellent customization features, like tweaks for how to display in each time span; being able to set the visible time range, yet the calendar will prudently show it with a 30 min buffer space before and after; the little week overview in the corner of the daily (rather than having a daily that's just awkwardly wide); notification customization - I'm out of space. It's AWESOME. I cannot return to other calendars.
2023-06-11 | Ebony Sweeney | I loved this app and am sad and frustrated that I'll have to find a new app. I've used it for years bc it was THE BEST UI for managing my calendar. Navigation, customization, etc. were so good. But the developers have stopped supporting the app, and it's getting increasingly buggy. They've stopped updates and stopped responding to my emails. Update: Might try again when a stable update is released here. Not Beta.
2022-11-21 | NorseForse | For the last 2++ years, this calendar app has been the absolute BEST, easy to use, most reliable, w/ the cleanest, clearest, easy-on-the-eyes calendar I've EVER used. The free version is great! The paid ad-free & full upgrades are FANTASTIC. Worth EVERY penny but NOT expensive. With this app I coord & sync MULTIPLE (ugly) Google calendars, but in a clean, customizable interface. My only regret: I just switched to iPhone and this app isn't avail for iOS.π NOTHING on iOS compares!
2022-02-05 | Kapik J Wong | How task works? ... This app has a "task" function. I hope it'll work like I can check off when completed. I've paid $5.99 for this. It turns out to be no different from a regular event. It's not showing on the month widget. When I open the agenda again, the task is gone. There's a plus sign near where I enter a task, but it doesn't work. I love this app's customization. Hope this can be fixed Update: with exceptional help of Wiebke, it's all good now. Thanks!
2021-05-17 | Stephanie Rose | Have paid into the app but every Friday a repeating reminder comes up and no matter what way I try to delete it, it always reoccurs and I can never stop it from popping up. It's been doing this every week for months and it's really getting annoying! I did not pay extra for the to do lists feature and now, after trying one and having it perpetually nagging me, I most certainly will not buy it! The whole app is annoying me because of this!!!!!! |
