2024-05-21 | Rebecca Margiotta | I can do almost anything on the app! I greatly appreciate the mobile deposit, so easy to do! Autopay makes on-time payments easy. Even vendors that don't accept electronic payments are covered as well. I like the security of the biometric, as well as password and passcode options. UWCU is a standout in its field! It's policies truly serve clients w/o the price gouging of many banks & even other credit unions. it's why I've been s member for almost 20 years! | |

The problem is that in order to log into my account, I need a code that can only be sent through text to my turned off phone. No email, no other method of receiving a code. You can no longer take a picture of your check with mobile deposit. You have to take a photo with regular camera, then go to gallery to deposit. Also, there is no longer a quick way to log in with pin. I would give it 5 stars if it went back to how it was before update. | |

I can log in through the website fine, but trying to login via the app results in a generic "An error occurred" message with a button to "Contact Us". In a cruel twist, the "Contact Us" button requires you to log in. So I get stuck in a perpetual "you can't login, do you want to login?" loop. I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps of clearing the app's cache and storage and completely uninstalling the app. | |
2021-05-18 | Javi Cruz | Overall, the app works but the main problem is the mobile deposit. I told UW that the mobile deposit needs the ability to activate the use of the led Flash as lighting. Without that, the phone can create shadows over the check and it's very difficult for the pictures to be accepted. All other banks that I have the mobile deposit work seamlessly, and in those, the Flash works or the LED of the phone lights up to provide better lighting to the check. As soon as they fix this, the app will work. | |

Further, contacting support goes to a new person each time and they do not appear to review the previous messages so you get a lot of the same suggestions again and again until you give up. Support through attrition. | |

It doesn't save any information between uses, and it's a massive pain in the neck having to spend 5 minutes logging in every time I want to deposit a check or check my balance. This has been a problem for going on a year. PLEASE fix this! |
