Glitchy App Constantly says it needs updating. I updated it, and it gives me errors. Uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it, and now I'm in this continuous loop of having to install it again, and now it doesn't work at all. The only access I now have to my account is via the web, an ATM machine, or by phone. If you're looking for that old school, super slow process, "TRY" downloading this garbage. I'm so over Tinker and their constant technology issues.

I've never dealt with a more difficult lender to make a payment to. It's virtually impossible to make a payment unless you live near a branch. If you finance anything literally choose ANY other institution. Their payment dynamic is the absolute opposite of user-friendly, it's almost like they don't want your money. Very frustrating!

The TFCU app is not working properly. It says version 3.6 or older will no longer work as of 03/18/24, and it prompts me to download the latest version (3.10.2). I have had the most current version since long before these messages started showing up. Please fix the app so it stops throwing this error message.

Unnecessary and buggy app. Way worse than the old website. Bill pay takes 3 times as long. All kinds of features are hidden multiple layers in obscure places. Just terrible all around. I wanted to update a year later. This app is still one of the worst apps I have ever used and they have fixed nothing. Now it logs out randomly while you're in the middle of doing something.

Comments disabled somehow, can't add text below. (So it's going to be a long title) The new app does not allow me to use my password, but it requires a long and complex password that is apparently only supposed to be used once, then we are limited to 4 digit pin numbers. What is the point of a password you cannot use? Why does the website have a passkey feature that the app does not support? How is a 4 digit pin more secure than a password? Other than that massive assinine frustration, no issues

Things are constantly "not working, try again later" so I'm constantly having to call the bank to deal with stuff. Other bank apps let me update addresses just fine, idk why this one is making me CALL the location. This is the 4th call in a month trying to move. It's incredibly frustrating and your think that over a year, they'd improve it but no. Constant issues with payments, updating important information, and so on.

So far, I am more disappointed with the new app than the former. It asks for biometrics on my PC when I am logging on to my joint account. I can't see credit card transactions or credits. I also am having difficulty sending money from my personal account to my joint account. It doesn't give me a checking options just a loan or share option. And that's member to member. I liked the older version. It was less difficult when I tried to pay bills.

Starting out, the app was not the most user friendly. Still do not like the fact you cannot schedule a mortgage payment ahead. The Pro concerning the app is the easy access with your pin # once you set it up. And the best feature is being able to toggle between accounts. Still new to the app. UPDATE: The Bill Pay feature is not the easiest & very limited to what you can do on the mobile app. Would actually rate this overall, 3.5 stars if I could

..update This is a terrible app. I have been using it for a couple months now and like it even less. The credit card side of this app will not allow you see your transaction. And I say this after I went into the bank had them help me with it. Had to enter all my personal info again onto this app (that I had already done to set it up). Was able to see my transaction while in the bank. But now no transaction again.

Nicer design than the last app, but it takes a long time to load off wifi compared to the last one. But I can deal with that. What I truly hate is that I can't see transaction history specific to any card. It's all mixed together and that makes it exceedingly difficult to find info. Also the credit card history has vanished. VERY INCONVENIENT and CONCERNING if you've ever had you ID stolen. I want that information hand. I called and the guy confirmed it wouldn't show but didn't have a reason.
