Update 1.11.5 just wiped all my data. It's all gone. Thank you (folks, read the What's New, I guess that's supposed to be humor). Since my state's website is no longer operational, there is no way for me to replace the data. Thanks Common Health!
Worked before, is broken now. When I scan my QR code it says my SMART card cannot be added because "the issuer cannot be validated" without any helpful options to fix, even though I already used it before to add my CVS SMART card last year. The previous card that's on the app did not auto-update with my latest vaccination record so double error on both counts for them. Just so much worse than Apple's equivalent.
Wasn't what I hoped it was. Looking for an app that could combine all my patient portals from each from a different provider but this one seemed to favor specific apps or required coding knowledge to add an app from an non-favored app. Too complicated. Looking for EHR that accepts all MHR without special skills. I ended up deleting this app.
