I absolutely love the app. helps me keep track of where I am and how much progress I've made which I love. only issue I'm having is the videos on the workouts don't always show the workout I'm doing. it will show a different video for a different exercise which is annoying when I want to see how to do a certain exercise.

Truthfully, specific areas of the app needs work. There are quite a few technical issues and it can be difficult if you aren't familiar with Australian units but I won't call that a reason there are issues. Everything can't be perfect. Overall, this app has so much avaliable for every stage of your fitness journey. I've been on it for a few months and I've been loving the workouts, and the recipes. And the challenges are a lot of fun. Thanks to everyone at the Tammyfit team!

The tammy fit app has changed my life. It has the most amazing meals, workouts and support that you need in your fitness journey. Tammy Fit app got me back into the routine and loosing weight after having a baby. It has stuff for everyone, my favourite thing is it caters to mums who may not be able to go to a gym with having home workouts. 100% recommend 👌
