Customer services in billing, insurance, and appointments want to finish with you, so they go back to their TIKTALK! All the time on their phones! A health care with no care! Stanford is the majority of networks. we are almost out of option. No competition, no need for good service! | |

After waiting for more than an hour, I was called, told I would not see my doctor for another hour or so in your vision clinic with Dr. Shue. This is a continual problem at this clinic. I travel from Sacramento to see Dr. Shue once each month. I've been doing this for almost three years. The clinic response is always the same and it's now just rude and unacceptable. One time I was not seen at all because it was after 6 pm on Fri. Ridiculous. |
