The app was kind of slow, so I updated Web Viewer and chrome. Now it is so slow it's almost unusable. When it's running correctly it is a good app.

Doesn't respond unable to get into my acct for 5 days. Went to bank was told it was because my phone is andtoid.same phone I have used since I opened the acct. Can't access from my lap top so don't think it's the phone. Chatted with tech and they were going to work on issue. Still waiting for fix. Uninstalled and reinstalled app restarted phone still unable to get in. Msg app not responding. Wait or close It's now almost the end of June and still unable to use the app.

Was a great app, then last major update came and it's been downhill ever since. App got slower with the last update, now you have to sign in every time to do anything where pre update you could see your balances and transactions without a sign in. Notifications now show once you do log in and even after saying you want to skip it, it'll show next login, which is whenever you want to check your balance again. Now it's asking for my location every time I log in which is a big no thank you.

Update: After reading other reviews I have updated app and no change.. What is going on with this app? It continually errors out or forgets my info. Part of the reason I have accounts with Selco is the easy of account access with the app. I don't want to access with a browser. Please fix the app back to the level of service it was 6 months ago.

Cant use the app anymore. It doesnt load. Stays on the white screen with "SELCO" in the middle. Downloaded the new update and its still the same. Last year it stopped allowing me to do any transfers. It would get to the page and then I would be able to select which account I wanted to transfer funds to. I have to keep using the browser to do anything and now that it doesn't work at all there's point in keeping it. Update 10-19-23 I had downloaded the most recent update again. Still doesn't work

10/8 - THERE IT IS! Android System Webview was the culprit. I've since updated it and can see the app/transfer funds again! If you're having the white screen issue (or can't transfer between accounts), make sure to check Google Playstore for "Android System Webview" and get it updated! App is working perfectly now, and my review has been updated. Thank you Dev team for helping figure this out.

Similar to others, apparently the app is no longer compatible with my OS version (Android 10). It began with the inability to perform transfers and now it won't even display the login screen. Very frustrating for a banking institution to roll out a software upgrade, without notice, that forces users into an expensive hardware upgrade if they want to continue using the service.

This app is terrible! Once you did the up grade you made my phone obsolete, so I can no longer do online banking; mobile deposits or anything that I need to do!! The app will no longer even open! This is beyond frustrating! I shouldn't have to upgrade my perfectly good 1T phone, which will work for many more years, just because you want to upgrade your system and no longer support older operating systems! This is terrible customer service!

First the app does not work with transferring to different accts, they have the option to but it doesn't work, half the time the thing doesn't want to load up properly there's errors left and right and it really just seems like they hired the wrong person/people to make an app for them because this sucks 😕 I've seen 12 year olds make better apps , like cmon you guys fix bugs all the time but can't make time to make sure your app works properly hm. Oh and now my app won't even load up. Bye selco

I love my Credit Union, and I loved the old app. Why fix something that wasn't broke? The only thing I like about the new app is it gives instant feedback why a check won't be accepted. But now I have to wait 24 hours at least for my check to be deposited which means a lot of my bills I have to auto pay on my payday either get declined or my account overdrafts. I miss the quick look into my bank account. I hate having to sign in and then click on my checking account to see my available balance.
