Great app! I am using it for tracking running for the marathon training. Without ads and trackers! It clearly shows the trajectory on the map, speed/time plot, pace per kilometer. The app is simple to use, but initial setting is slightly counterintuitive - some UI adjustments and welcome setup after the first startup would help, especially for speed unit setting and automatic lap after one kilometer.

RunnerUp is great. The fact that it's free really blows my mind. I think it would probably benefit of a bit of a face lift both merely aesthetically and as an optimisation on how data is displayed - but super happy with it as it is and it's my go to app for running nowadays.

Any way to disable audio cues when we are near to interval completion. Currently app speaks like 100metres, 50 meters etc. when these distances are remaining. I want to stop this.

How do you start a workout. There is no start button. My hrs shows up but no workout / audio cues start. I have the zones and audio cues configured in the settings. How about adding a start button.

Tried a lot of running apps, but most are bloated, overly complicated, upselling with expensive subscriptions. This one is simple, quick, and has the necessary features.

The most features out there of any app. Seriously amazing. I don't need a fancy UI and I'm ecstatic it's open source. Kudos to the author! Only feature requests would be to allow for heart rate only mode.

I think I've used every major software in this niche at one point or another over many years. All I want is program to map the walks I take with my dog or for exercise and keep track of it and sometimes share it. I end up dropping these apps for being too intrusive glitchy or bloated etc. So far I'm loving RunnerUp for solving all of those issues for me.

I 've been using this app for almost 4 years, as my Garmin's battery fade out. I use it with Runalyze and Strava, and there's no problem. I have 2 suggestions though: 1) If there are some indoor sports modes such as treadmill running that only tracks my heart rate and time, that's much better; 2) I cannot modify my heart rate zones once I entered my HRmax, I'd appreciate I can custom my heart rate zones. Thanks for your work!

Just started using this. Two quibbles so far. First, the app forces the user to change certain settings before allowing use. Second, when units are set to miles, the app still measures in meters up to the first mile (after that it switches to miles). I'm trying to gauge the accuracy of the app by seeing if app measurements align with known distances (e.g. will it say 1/2 mile traveled when I've traveled 1/2 mile?) and am stuck doing the conversion myself. Trust we want the units we say we want.
