Please add a feature for listening speed control because a few of the readers are very SLOW readers and I would prefer a tad bit more speed since I am reading early in the mornings and am sometimes rushed. Otherwise, this is a very good app. This is a 2nd request for listening playback speed control. Thanks. 😊 |
| 2024-11-06 |  | | I remember getting the monthly booklet of Our Daily Bread from my church. The app is inspirational just like the book and offers much more. I really like the evening meditations too. The only issue with the app is I am automatically signed out and when I sign back in I have lost my current streak. I wish their was a way to keep accurate count of my daily readings. |
| 2024-06-17 |  | | I would love to give it four or five stars, however, the last update made it look and feel a bit cluttered. Also, the issue of losing your streak still hasn't been fixed. What I mean is, I can be on a good streak and suddenly it just restarts as though I missed a day. Overall, it is a great tool to add to daily devotionals or to share God's Word with others. |

But since I have a very curious toddler, it's hard to read books sometimes without him trying to snatch it or change the page on me. Lol so I tried the app & it kept freezing or kicking me off the app completely! If y'all can fix that, I'll change my rating & redownload the app. |
| 2024-02-27 |  | | With the most recent update (2/27/24), I've reduced the rating from 5 to 4. The datk mode color is set to blue and is not easy on the eyes. The previous dark mode executed better. Also, there aren't as many settings that the user can select from; for instance opening the app directly to the daily devotional. Instead, you enter in the main screen and then have to tap to view the devotional. This update is a step back in user experience. |
| 2021-09-18 |  | | I have read the book for Many years, and also had the app installed on my phone. Last week I didnt feel like reading, so I went to the app to be "read to". I was extremely disappointed when the app did not respond. Since then to today, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with NO success. When I open it, it does not move past the Logo page, even after shutting my phone down and restarting it. 🙁 |
| 2021-09-13 |  | | This new format is HORRIBLE!!!! it freezes up everytime I open the app AND I can't open the link to the daily bible verse OR scroll thru the daily devotion to read it AND I can't open the previous day's devotion. the "Archive" link won't open either. I've closed out of ODB and then reopened the app and it still freeze up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it STILL freezes up! 🤦🤦 The previous format worked just fine! SO FRUSTRATING! |

| 2021-08-24 |  | | I've an LG V30 phone and the app stopped loading since Aug 18/19. I've uninstalled amd reinstalled multiple times, cleared the cache and data, and restarted my phone multiple times. Nothing seems to have worked. During reinstallation I noticed that the OBD homescreen appears then suddenly disappears, leaving beinnd a frozen page that displays the OBD logo. Hurray! The app now works. Soon after I've provided my feedback, I reinstalled the app and cleared the cache and data many many times. |

I'm very disappointed to have lost all the devotionals I had bookmarked. Please don't bother to reply with an automated scripted answer. I'll check back periodically to see if it's working again. |
