UPDATE; I did as they asked and still no contact from them and the app and online banking still not working. Its very shame ful the only way to get a reponse is to complain on the app store. For the last month, I cannot access mobile banking, the or online banking, I called the bank, made a complaint I was told to wait 24 hours.... 3 days later and issue. I don't what's going on I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. | |

ALSO, the previous version of the app allowed a 4 digit pin to login, that Appears to not be available in the new app which sucks. I absolutely hate this new version. You're forced to enter in a username a password and you're 2 factor token every time you need to log in. You need to fire whoever screwed up the app. FacePalm!!!! | |
