Referred to on demand by PSH PCP for daughter's care as they provided very limited support. The app won't even open due to continual crashing. I couldn't get through setting up an account. The website shared as an alternate to the app ONLY directs you to download the app. Apparently there is no web-based platform. This is particularly frustrating when trying to get timely mental health support for a child.

Not pleased. For whatever reason I could not get the app to work/ load whenever it was time for my actual appointment. I called tech support and they couldn't figure out the issue and their suggestions to try and fix the issue didn't work either. I was trying to sign in on both an ipad and Android. Both failed. I later was able to get the site to load on my Chromebook but by then I missed the appointment.

I had a difficult time getting it on my phone, like 40 minutes, Google somehow interfered with logging in and downloading the app, but since it's here now maybe it'll be easier next time, the face to face is very clear , after I think I figured it out it got easier. Very nice way to visit with your Physician. Just Love Rashimi Argwal, very concerned, understanding excellent knowledge in her field of study, an asset to Penn State Neurology Clinic. Thankyou

I was asked, by a practitioner in an appointment, to upload a previously taken picture. The app would let me do everything to message the pic except "select a contact." That button was cold and I could do nothing to activate it.

I normally go into the office but with COVID when I called they pushed me to use the app instead. Only insurance option is Highmark in the app which you can't check until your appointment time. Skip my 1st appointment because of that. I email customer service and they tell me not to worry about it, they confirmed they accept my insurance and to just use the app. Had to make a 2nd appointment. Have that one and follow the instructions customer service gave me. Still get a bill in the mail.

I was in line for a virtual appointment and my phone lost connection to the representative (likely a fault on my end). When I went back to get in line, the app asked if I wanted to copy all of the information I had already entered in before instead of making me re-type everything. This type of intuitive UI design is so simple and yet so awesome and rare to see. 5 star rating just for that.

I've used this app twice now in the last two days. One of the log-in screens is a little tricky (you need to type why you are contacting them) but the app does a good job of showing who is available and gives you constant feedback on where you stand in the que. The video and audio work perfectly and the quality of the medical staff at the other end is exceptional. This is a fantastic app and a fantastic service. Thank you!

Make sure nothing else is connected to your phone via Bluetooth BEFORE you start the visit or you won't be able to hear the doctor very well! This has happened a few times and once the volume of the other person is low there is nothing more you can do so the doctor gets a lovely view of my ear on the camera because I am trying to hear them! It is really hard for me to remember to shut off my Bluetooth before I go into the app and this has been a big disappointment using the app.

Keeps crashing. After I enter login and password, app closes. When it does open, unable to book appointment. After I select the available time slot, an error message pops up stating that "time is no longer available".

Visit summary does not include NPI number or tax ID number, both of which are needed for insurance. Also, they say Corona screening 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., but the day I checked every nurse was offline. This app can be useful for quick first Care service, however.
