User reviews
The application is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, it has a limitation. Currently, a passcode is only valid for one patient. To access the records of different family members, I need to enter separate usernames and passwords, which the app does not save. It would be beneficial if the app could accommodate multiple passcodes for various patients.
Love this app. It makes looking up all your information very simple and keeping track of your results at your fingertips. The only things that are annoying is they won't let you screenshot anything. That's crazy. If you have access to the information, you should be able to take a screenshot. Also, when you first sign on you shouldn't have to say biometrics once you've already clicked on it. Just a couple unnecessary steps.
Terrible if you have a complex medical history. MGB finally got better at record keeping, and worse at actual patient care. I prefer the care over the notes! Messages are read by everyone, to a fault. Information that is entered in incorrectly, has to get fixed by the person who entered it - good luck! You can hide "reminders" for what they feel are preventative care (mostly immunizations), cannot be deleted or turned off & med profs can't access or read the notes. What's the point?
