2024-06-05 | Arian Dineen | Had my first coaching call & it was excellent. Prepped by answering questions on frustrations & goals. Coach provided me with two new strategies to try this week. Looking forward to our next chat!
2024-05-08 | Zoe Barrett (Zoe302) | You must have a USA mobile number to sign up, so this app is only for America
2024-05-01 | Ileana B | Signed up about a month ago. My coach adapted to my style and what I needed from her, which is really special because I am a rebel. I like to do things my way and change plans often. The 15 minutes a week are up to the point and very useful. My coach also meaningfully checks in every few days with nudges and encouragements. The body doubling sessions are interesting, but I need to fit them in my schedule... A task for another day. Very happy with the service Shimmer offers.
2024-03-23 | Trisha A Blecich MS LPC LMHC | Accountability and ACT- two extremely effective tools to manage ADHD. Subscription plans starting at over$100/month for non-clinical weekly check in service . Overall solid, science driven support program but price point is unrealistic and inaccessible.
2024-03-10 | Andy Palmer | exceptional experience
2024-03-10 | Midnight Weary | I got nothing from it, just a guy half listening and asking if I've tried Meetup for friends. He wanted me to start writing again and never asked why I stopped, which was really important and something I wouldn't share immediately. I expected strategies, tools, etc. I got basically the therapy stereotype of a person writing on a note pad and going, " huh." He was late both times and after pushing that I should message out of session if needed, didn't even seem to have read anything I said.
2024-02-04 | Tom Suica | Thieves. Attempted to steal my money without providing anything dropping the ball with the professionals missing THEIR appointments. After requesting money back , they ignored me and tried to keep a portion of my money. Attempted to resume and was ignored. Wanna get screwed? Shimmer! Tried to fool with the wrong one... Lookout for many more reviews on the way as promised to expose your trap/scam/lies. And mostly to show you especially show you my displeasure with trying To resume and dog ignored
2024-01-25 | Hailyn Bryant | My coach Tory absolutely changed the way I think about life. Every time I talked to her I felt like my ADHD made just a little more sense. She kept me on track and held me accountable for all the habits and changes I wanted to make. I paid for this service for about 6 months and that was really all I needed. For some people, medication may be the answer. But since ADHD meds have never helped me, behavioral therapy was the way to go. I HIGHLY recommend this service to those who can afford it.
2024-01-09 | aji kka | Edit - New video conferencing in app is intrusive and really irritating for regular calls. Please allow Google meet links for folks who want to since it's 1:1. Like the way they are approaching this Lots of functionality and value along with live coaching. What else can one ask for, it's really all there. Minor issues with app sluggishness and performance but sure the team will get to it soon enough.
2023-12-11 | Amanda Delchamps | Great experience and so far intake process has been easy breezy. So far, the gentle app notifications/nudges are good stuff and help my brain. |
