Why now it injects "trending" when you select the address /search bar, and this can't be disabled any way that I can find? If this bad anti-feature is enabled by default, disabling it should be possible, and it should be possible from the search options with all the other bad autocomplete/suggestions trash. We need you guys to at least try not to suck, you're the sad last bulwark for browsers... or supposed to be.

With every update, this browser just gets slower, and slower, and slower. Just opening this browser on my phone now causes all my other apps to crash due to lag, sometimes causes my hardware back, home, recent apps, and volume buttons to all not work, going on pretty much any webpage brings my entire phone down to 10 seconds per frame, and just having 10 websites open makes my phone borderline unusable. This is completely unacceptable for what should simply be a web browser. Samsung Galaxy J7 V.

I've been using Firefox for a long time and it's my go-to browser. However, I've been noticing that it's been crashing on startup on the mobile app now, and it could have something to do with that new search thing they prompted upon opening it. If Mozilla could fix this, I'd be grateful

One of the few apps that seems to have figured out the bottom of the screen is what we can actually reach with Ordinary Human Hands! (Too bad they decided to change the default to top-bias for bad reasons.) I wish the Homepage showed the same understanding. Shortcuts IMMOVABLE at the top; needs some way to rearrange the sections- I want my 8 most common sites in easy reach. STILL have no way to rearrange or SORT bookmarks after more than a decade. Bookmark edit UX is also top-focused and bad.

i used brave browser until I realized it didn't support my security keys . so unfortunately I had to stop with there service and I've traveled over here to use The Fox! I like how I can use the extentions menu and review the relevant options I've chosen for my personal extentions . I have my favorite one that is a reading out loud. And it's great exept once in a while for w e reason it will not allow me to listen to the page content.

I wanted to stop my suicide but the app kept crashing and i could not get help. Crashes constantly. Unusable. Sad watching one of the last vestages of a decent internet die a slow death. Update arguably faster but crashes constantly. Desperately needs a better startup that doesnt take 10 minutes. Has become unusable for fast answers. still loads from an OS call instantly so something is wrong. Still gets clogged up by background tabs and hangs while pages keep trying to contact blocked IPs.

Firefox Mobile is the best browser on mobile! It’s unique, powerful, and supports almost all desktop extensions seamlessly—something no other browser offers. From ad blockers to productivity tools, it’s perfect for privacy, customization, and performance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable browser. One suggestion: please add a “Copy Link Text” option to the long-press menu for even better usability. Thanks for an amazing app, and keep up the great work!

always great in every new iteration. Some if not many people don't realize that Firefox is based off of Netscape, the browser I used in the early 90s when the Internet fist became available to the public. The main search engine at that time was Web Crawler, which was an actual separate program. So Netscape led to Mozilla, which led to Firefox.

New custom search doesn't load the search icon in settings (Bug 1807567). Was first reported with Firefox 88.1.1 and is still an issue on Firefox for Android versions 113, 122.01, 128, 131.0.3, and on the current version 132.0.2. This proves that Mozilla has known about this bug for some time and still refuses to fix it. This makes me wonder how many other bugs are out there for Firefox for Android that are years old that Mozilla still refuses to fix.

I've used Firefox on computers from nearly its beginning, then on phones. I can't stand other browsers & their frenetic intrusiveness -- or their using me as a product to sell. I love that Mozilla Firefox is non-profit & darn good. Google is unavoidable, but I avoid it all I can on principle. For varied reasons I drifted from Thunderbird email; I'm very happy Mozilla emailed me that a new Thunderbird is flying. I'll be setting it up this weekend & saying goodbye to GMail. Thank you, Mozilla Lou
