Please bring back the rename option at the last part as it is easier for us to find/check and edit the forms we previously filled out... in our work, we fill out the same form for like 5-10 times depending on the numbers of stations/barangay we are validating. So I personally utilize the rename option so it is easier for me to find the form and edit it if i missed something or I want to add any remarks. pls... pls..pls.. add it again on your next update.

In the previous version, we can rename everybody's data by his/her name, but in the new version, we can't do so. Please enable the option for renaming. Thanks

Please, bring back the feature where one can rename the name of a file. All my files are having the same name and i am so confuse. The whole thing is hectic on identifying the file i want to work on. Please, bring back that feature!!!
