2021-06-15 | Brian Halpin | This is less of a CYOA and more of an urgent warning by an impassioned and talented artist. I believe that the writer is a member of the younger generations. And while their voice is not my voice, I admire the strength and beauty of it. After the Storm puts you in the position of restoring a broken world with the limited resources and dire consequences. Brief suggestion: do not be so heavy handed in your writing, so you can influence more people; many should hear your message. IMHO, worthy.
2021-05-05 | Logical WREN | I'm just rating to say that I enjoyed Sunglasses Simulator But on a serious note its a decent game for sure but the only real issue I have with it is the length. It is small enough to not feel like a real text adventure worth 5 dollars but long enough to not be a demo
2021-03-03 | Christopher Vazquez (KermitTheL) | Fantastic game that really has your choices matter, my only small complaint is that it feels just a tad bit short. However it has good replay ability, all in all a fantastic job and more than worth the 5 dollars.
2021-02-27 | Jillian C | Fun way to pass a few hours with some replayability. Writing and characters are well done, but would've been more impactful with a longer story and/or more one on one scenes for development. Zombie exodus did this well: each week you could talk to a few people, plus do two activities to improve camp, your stats, etc. My biggest suggestion is an explanation of stats, what correlates to what? Some are self explanatory, some are pretty ambiguous. Overall enjoyable, but short.
2021-02-08 | drey santillan | I managed to get the characters I met along the way and establish a caring and just and fair settlement one in which bloomed into a city. I always take the kindest route in games like these and it has rewarded me greatly, made me tear up in the end, it made me feel appreciated by the people, but eventually I have to step down as leader, focus on my child and guide the new leaders of my settlement. God I love happy endings.
2021-01-23 | Dat Gor | This game had few misspelled words and the story is heart touching,to me at least. Many choices and plenty of endings. I'll just say this game, no, this story is amazing.
2021-01-13 | Addie Mendelson | Just binged the whole thing and IT. WAS. AWESOME. I love how in depth the world building in this story is and how many unique choices you get! Also, i really like how well the plot progresses and how it comes to a satisfying end! Great job developers! 😍
2021-01-11 | Jaime Machado | Whoever wrote the story for this, you did amazing! It was both funny and emotional, knowing when to joke and when to be serious. The plot was great, and I felt like some of the decisions were actually pretty tough. Interactions with people didn't feel scripted (despite that being what it was), and each conversation felt genuine. Definitely worth the 5 bucks, I'd recommend this game to anyone who loves the apocalypse, settlements, and even a little bit of found family
2021-01-11 | Eliab Uriarte | A complex story with many branches, its not the apocalyptic war zone survival most readers are probably thinking of but the story is captivating. Definately give it a try if you want a story that makes you ask yourself how youd handle a climate change disaster in the future (were definately on the lane of destruction rn😐).
2021-01-05 | Lich King | Not worth the 5 bucks, kinda preachy with the global warming speel. Not too bad of a game but the romance is pretty bland as well. Overall I feel a few tweaks would make it much better. |
