2023-12-09	David Tillman	I'm happy with this simple metronome. My main complaint is that there appears to be no way to change the sound of the accented beat. You can change the sound for the normal beat, but not the accented one. I would like it to make it more dominant, and not in the frequency range of my music.
2023-04-14	Family Home Theater	Only thing I would add is a bell sound for the 1st beat accent. Started out using this app for running to keep a constant cadence. Then started learning piano and using this app. It can be hard to hear the first beat accent over the piano, which is why I think a bell sound should be added as an option for the 1sr beat accent.
2023-03-28	Michael Garner	I love this app. It's simple, no ads, does exactly what I need. I use least for music and mostly for pacing my steps when I walk and run. The background mode lets me play a podcast on top of the metronome and I have tempos saved for my walking pace and for my running pace. Great job dev(s)!
2023-01-27	S F	Great ad free metronome app. Could be massively improved by having the ability to order the favourite list of tempos and also save multiple favourite lists instead of just one big list. You could then open the list you want to see on the main screen for selection. Very useful for set lists when playing live etc. Keep up the good work.
2022-06-03	Google Sucks	Pros: free app.; no ad's; able to select different sounds and tempos; easy to use. Cons: can't independently change the sound of beat 1; including "rather wet fart" noise is juvenile, and off-putting merely to see on menu (please remove, or change name to "squelch"). Requests: 1. Allow independent choice of instrument sound for beat 1. 2. Allow option for beat 1 to be same instrument sound, but (say) 30% lounder. 3. Option for spoken beat numbers (for dancing).
2022-02-05	Aravinda Upadhyaya	This is a very good app but seems to have developed a bug since past 2 weeks. Till then it was working fine.Though I have chosen the option - play audio with other apps on , the metronome sound disappears on switching on music/songs, though the metronome does continue to play in the background. My phone is of the latest Android version. Please do the needful to fix this bug.
2021-08-01	Stephen Hutton	It's exactly what it says it is. It's very easy to use, with easily adjustable BPM and time signature. My only complaint for this basic program is that if you choose to accent the first beat to know where the 1 is, it accents in a lower tone. For any musician who has a traditional feel for upbeats and downbeats, this makes it seem like it's accenting the 4 instead of the one. It became too difficult for me to keep the count and I got another app where the pitch is higher on the 1.
2021-06-11	A Google user	Update: 6 years later and it's been on every phone I've owned. Still the best! I've been using this metronome app for years. It's clean looking and incredibly simple which allows you to focus on your playing instead of messing around with an overly complicated app. This is the perfect metronome!
2021-02-10	Pedro Barreto	I've happily used this app for many years, always worked great. But.. since I bought a Pixel 4a I have issues with the volume constantly going up and down. I experimented with both Stop for other apps options without success. Any tips on how to solve this would be great. Problem only happens with the phone speakers, if I connect a bluetooth device the volume doesn't change. Otherwise great app (and great wet fart mode!)

I like the option of having many sounds. +1 for the timer feature mentioned in other review... Would love if it stopped metronome at specified number of minutes. Appreciate that it continues so I can use built-in timer as is. Thanks very much for this fantastic little app!!!
