Really outdated. Edit: to automated reply, Your app only supports in person banks, which isn't a big deal, but most people try to avoid the abhorrent fees said banks charge, so they have switched to mobile banking. Other than that, transferring only to banks, or wire transfers I feel is outdated, when other apps like Robinhood or coin base don't have any problems with it. I'm keeping my one star review, me personally there are just better options.

Love the paper trading and how it gives you the chance and information to lean whatever you needed to learn. I think the platform is very complex and offers everything you need, however I typically have a hard time locating things and to be honest not having the same processes when doing something on the mobile app versus the main computer app seems a bit confusing. Webull is a very complex and adaptable program and really love that futures are now being offered.

Good app. Continued upgrades, most of which I like. Very good charts, information. Like the fact I can swipe left and right to move through the portfolios which I have sorted by gains. Once in a portfolio one can swipe right or left to move through the charts in the portfolio. Good for stock screening. One thing I'd like is the ability to import-export portfolio symbols. Paid for level 2 quotes for a while, but not as accurate ask my other feed.

The problem is, trades don't process when they should, orders are cancelled without notice, orders don't fill when they're supposed to. The market manipulation is overwhelming, but it's to be expected I guess. When you send message as to why order doesn't process when a stock is running is. Sorry for your loss. Please resubmit order, and we will try to not let it happen again. Or send screen shot of it happening, but nothing is ever corrected. Just have to try again.

I like that it has the option to give advanced tools unlike Robinhood. However, as a person who does not have advanced knowledge on the market-tools, I wish the app offered a way to minimize the custom lists. 2) The Positions chart should have a "Total overall loss / gain" in addition. I found myself looking for absent common columns that should be in the Lite version.

I've been using this as my primary brokerage for 4 years now. I moved away from Robinhood being because at the time the customer support aspect was lacking. 4 years later as I try to move away from Webull, I'm suddenly met with many restrictions such as the brokerage sometimes transfers options (covered) and stocks separately, therefore the destination might think you're shorting a company and won't allow the transfer. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and the issue persists.

It has been a journey entering the world of investment and trading. I started about 3 years ago and without experience. There's a lot that goes into it, thankfully webull has had an explanation for every question that has pop into my head. If you are starting your journey too this is a good first step. If you don't mind learning and keep in mind that the risks are real then webull will make it feel easy. It's a great application and from the time I installed it to now I haven't had any issues.

Good Luck With Withdrawals. I've tried 5 times to withdraw my money. I sent my bank statement just like they asked, with all the info they needed to see. I even zoomed in, zoomed out, sent horizontally, etc, they still have my account frozen. HOWEVER, a wire transfer is readily available, FOR $25. In my years of doing business, I've never seen a wire transfer fee of $25, it's always been $10 max. My safe assumption is WB is trying to nickel and dime before leaving.

I started using this app/brokerage after the great Robbin'TheHood debacle of 2020 (or whenever that was) and I haven't looked back. It has served the purposes I need it to serve. 4 stars instead of 5, though, because the GUI could use some improvement, especially in the options screen. As much as it pains me to admit, I sometimes need to go to the Robbin'Hood app to see options because it's easier to read there. Then I come buy on WeBull.

Each update makes this app less user-friendly. Each update further obscures relevant information and prioritizes screen time for incessant requests to send referrals to friends so they can also use Webull. Posts from other users in the "Feeds" section are also not working presently. The app was near-perfect one year ago, but they literally keep making it worse with each update. These methods aren't going to increase referrals, they are just going to drive away current users of this app.
