2024-09-14 | Dale Clemens | It used to work great. Now it just seems to interfere with apps nonsensically and causes more headaches than necessary. There are times when my screen rotates to landscape mode for no reason and then the next page goes back to portrait. Really a shame. It used to be so helpful
2024-06-13 | Augustus Betucius | Worked well for a while. In recent months, the screen will rotate to follow the ohysical orientation of the phone. I check to make sure it is on, and it is. Very annoying. I just updated as of 6/13/24, but I've been using another program (app as the fad oriented would say) recently, as this one wouldn't function properly. I'll try again presently, and update the review if the problem is resolved.
2024-05-26 | William Faulk | It's almost perfect, even allowing me to manually fix orientation problems when Android loses its mind. I would love a new mode that would allow normal rotation except always force landscape and portrait to one way each, which would allow me to use my phone normally but be able to turn my phone upside down and actually see the screen upside down.
2022-09-25 | S J | Update... Does NOT automatically work in sensor mode to reverse portrait if Picture In Picture mode is active (with paramount+, at least). It does work in forced reverse portrait under the same condition. Will happily return to 5 star when it does. Fixes Youtube Music's landscape mode. Perfection! Warns that it's for old version but still works with no issues (so far).
2022-07-23 | Zeb's Mom Cheryl | this tool is so handy for video calls. unfortunately, sometimes setting a rotation will not immediately have an effect, and the only way to fix it is to set the rotation to something else and then back to what I wanted. I suspect that this is actually the fault of the Android system and not this app.
2022-02-15 | Gustavo Vásquez | Well, not much to say really. I just installed this app and I really like it, especially because it has no ads, and because it keeps the screen in the orientation I want by locking in place the orientation I choose. If I want my screen to rotate to the same orientation always or to stay in the the reverse orientation, wether it be portrait or landscape, this app does just that. Try it! You'll love it.
2021-12-10 | Jason F. | Awesome App! By far the best one I've tried that allows everything the work the way I want. I had some challenges understanding the settings and trying to set things up specifically for my needs and even contacted the developer who give me the feedback I needed dial it all in because of all the detailed settings available, which can get confusing. Kudos to the developer! Thanks for putting so much effort into a product that is well needed and responding to my inquiries.
2021-11-21 | Tommy L | This app is a life-saver. A design fluke of the Galaxy S6 resulted in the heat of the fast-charging module burning out the accelerometer in my phone, and I've been using this for years as a wonderful help to rotate the screen. I use it in my tablet sometimes to to force apps to rotate (not every app is designed to work in both orientations, so not every one will work right if forced to rotate)
2021-06-28 | LiziPancake | This app does what it says it does, nothing else it delivers the experience you ask in an intuitive way. It has become a default install for every Android device I own. This product is a must have for Tablets, especially if you operate them, with a Gamepad (I use an Xbox One S wireless, though Joycons and PS4 controllers work) as it let's you keep every experience forced landscape. I give this 5 stars for perfectly delivering the advertised experience and use. (Edited errors)
2021-03-31 | Fred Douglas | Absolutely perfect. I don't understand why manual control isn't the android default, but whatever, that's fixed now that I've found this. Also, the interface - a little bar of mode icons to choose from when you drag down the settings menu - is very clean and convenient. Excellent work! (Also, doesn't need root, which was pleasantly surprising) |
