Better apps out there with MUCH better exchange rates (Mistplay and Tap Champs for starters). That's a difference of hundreds of dollars. Gee, I can't imagine why. Uninstalled. |

HOWEVER, recently the PayPal and gift card payout options have disappeared from the app after racking up a lot of points. Only "offers" are listed now and support responded with a bot that did not address the issue. I will update if this is fixed...UPDATE: changed password, deleted app an reinstalled an nothing. I'm deleting all the apps until I hear from support not bots. |

It is in euros and can be converted in PayPal easily..however, the last couple of days the option for PayPal as a cash out (and a whole bunch of other options actually) is missing. I've been waiting on a $5 cash out for a lot longer than normal and now I don't even see that as an option. I also see the earnings have been lowered a lot. No response yet from support. |

Then I thought maybe they fixed the problem, so I started playing 2 more games and still wasn't getting any coins for the time I put in. I reached out about it but kept getting the same response of it may take time for the coins to register. Well, Im pretty sure it doesn't take over a month for the coins to register. |

The only payouts they have are for a bunch of places I've never even heard of!!!! They changed the code so that instead of time played, the app detects levels beat. But I'll complete multiple levels and the app detects none of them. Even after I wait an entire day and check again. Thankfully the old apps still count for time used so that's something good I guess. But only one game actually detects levels. |

Then they made changes, I had trouble getting paid for some surveys and the customer service was excellent and got me paid eventually. Now I am not being credited for any game I play. When I check the icon for points earned it says everything was from two months ago. So I haven't received credit for any game time since the last time I cashed out. It says more coin in 11 minutes but when looking on the list of games its put down as 749 seconds which doesn't equal up to 11 minutes. The payout threw me off since I didn't find anywhere that it was paid in Euros. Easy to convert in PayPal but would have been nice to know ahead of time so the number showing up wasn't confusing. Neither one is a huge issue worth removing stars, just small issues worth noting to avoid confusion. |
