"Buzzer" is an innovative Android app designed for Namibian tertiary students, empowering them with vital information on sexual and reproductive health. It offers professional and peer counseling services, as well as a helpline for emergencies, all while promoting healthy decision-making and gender equality. This initiative is part of UNESCO's O3 PLUS project, aiming to reduce HIV infections, unintended pregnancies, and gender-based violence among young people in the region.
