2024-11-05	Radek Raczkowski	The voice call feature is kind of hidden behind the profile information. When calling the speaker is always on, and can't be disabled. When the other person declines the call, it's still "calling" them on my side. There is also no "note to self" chat that other messengers have.

There is no way to contact Mixin support to get assistance or provide feedback. 4 Dec 2023 Update: Missing assets now appear, but it has been almost a month since I am unable to withdraw assets. Still a problem.

You've pushed back date after date of being able to transfer off the platform and you still owe a transfer fee back to me from the transfer I had going when the whole thing started. Edit I hear you with the tron which happens to be one of the least used chains, and I've found no way to exchange what I have for tron that means nothing

Also its not me that got hacked, mixin did. But they're "sorry for my loss" I'm sorry I left my money with a company that's unable to keep secure.

Will be pursuing actions if not resolved. Update: tried all 3 methods of contacting support and still hasn't been fixed. This app will steal your money. Reported to U.S. FATF and Google Play investigation pending.
2022-05-16	Kokila Navaneethan	This is a very worst app. I didn't set any pin to this app but it always ask enter your pin. There is no option for forget pin and reset pin. So I randomly type a pin, then it shows incorrect pin. I asked mixin support they also told that if you forget your pin then there is no way to reset it. All users may have a chance to forget their pin. But it is very worst in this app.
2021-11-30	Zapp Brannigan	Fee is too high. You can't send small portions to anything other than mixin users without paying over $20 on ETH. So it's useless to send crypto to friends instead of cash for to send $20 you'd have to send $40+ There should be varying levels of fees at least two. One for micro transactions and another for macro. You can set transfer limits as well if needed.
