It is the good one among many I tried, as it allows the time frame you choose, if it has an option to save all in a folder you choose it will be great

Great. The only issue I have is that thumbnails of video shot in portrait orientation are shown cropped at the top. For my project that made it harder to select the best frames. At least when a frame is chosen (tapped ) all is revealed. After saving it, tweaks can then be made to the still by opening it in the Google Photo app .

It's great and easy to use, but the output image is not high res, it doesn't match the video quality.

Dramatically better than "Video To Image" app. Stable, able to handle 8k without crashing, retains original resolution. While a little slow to process, once done, everything else runs pretty smoothly, and it can run in the background.
