2024-12-03 | Karl Jonny Kaspersen | the Sbank pass of the past was a lot cleaner looking with more options. once they were bought by DnB and they both use the same app now, its both more full looking and has a more simplistic UI with less options. not impressed.
2024-11-28 | Silje Merethe Dahl | Works okay, until you have to go to DNB pages because a feature simply isn't integrated in the app.
2024-11-06 | Stian Hanger | Not a very intuitive interface, and the terms to login was a desktop page on a mobile screen, so getting to the actual "i don't agree" with cookies was basically impossible. And then there is the matter of being forced to use the app by removing the web portal, even when the app is a (much) lesser experience than the web portal was. Some features was even a forced redirect to dnb.no because they were lacking in the app.
2024-10-10 | Kim Kaspersen | I'm sick and tired of reading the error message "Something went wrong. Trouble showing your accounts (ALA2008)". I tried removing the error by deleting all data and reinstalling, but error still there, taking up valuable space on the screen. Please remove the annoying and unnecessary error message! Old review: The old Sbanken app had all the functionality of the web bank, and the new has limited functionality. Inbox for bank messages is hidden at the bottom below, and too difficult to find!
2024-10-10 | Richie Chlaszczak | Sbanken used to be the best and the app was clean and functional. Then DNB came and ruined it with it's idiotic solutions and infantile design.
2024-10-02 | Atelia Hibiscus | After a solid 40m I found a way to add a new payment recipient, but only by setting up a recurring payment agreement, and even then it took a while to start the search function, thus tricking me out at times. Later it turned out to be bugged. Feedback here helps but still 🔥
2024-09-01 | Hoang Nguyen | Sbanken’s ease has turned into a clunky ordeal under DnB, with transactions now limited to an app as graceful as a hippo in ballet shoes. Impressively indifferent to user experience, I'm inclined to move my money elsewhere.
2024-08-22 | Andy Thomas | The new app after the merger with DnB is literally the worst! Seriously considering changing banks because of it, beyond annoying and frustrating. Was nothing wrong with the previous app, like the wise man said, "if it ain't broke then don't fix it boy"!
2024-07-24 | A Google user | Absolutely terrible app and pathetic service. Avoid at all costs if possible. Sbanken used to be excellent but since dnb, it is now easilly the worst bank service I've experienced, period. Suddenly introduced a new app which requires Bank ID to activate the app. Great if you are in Norway, but what if you are abroad? And their joke app only shows a number as +47 which means you cannot use a foreign number to register with Bank ID. Better off keeping your money under a mattress.
2024-07-18 | Geir Pedersen | Not completely terrible, but definitely not an enjoyable experienxe. The interface is one of the less intuitive I've experienced (of a bank), even after three months of use. Also quite "opaque", difficult to have control of what's going on with the app (and your account). |
