I wonder how some organization run a successful business without good customer services. I opened an account with this app, and I followed the procedure to have avirtual account, but they failed. I had a live chat with them but it turned out a dead chat. I even still email them still they never responded....even the little amount I transferred to fund my wallet via the cooperate account signed to me never credited my account...are they for real?

I don't like giving negative reviews but I am forced to do this,for 2weeks most of the recharge cards I print are used by another customer,I know how much I had lost as a result of this,there is no day I will not 700 on used cards,I had sent several mails requesting for a review of my complain but I did not get any response,my complains are ignored,I don't know if this act of disregard of such sensitive issue is normal.
