| 2024-11-09 |  | | I have a mix relationship with this app. I love the fact it is a fidget app that pays me but these days unless I have top of the line, most recent hardware on my phone with Omega accuracy with my GPS; I struggle to break even, unless I put in 2 hours sometimes 3 into the geomining with leaving my phone on 24/7. I even to a certain extent like the NFT system but these days... It's just inconsistent. Can still be a good form of secondary income if you're a traveler :) |

Had an issue that involved numerous users, which decreased the amount of each "mine" even though a sentinel card had been scanned, and support tried to make it seem it was "my problem" and not an issue on their end. Numerous users had posted in a Coin app group that they encountered the same issue. |

Do not download this app until these companies want to give us a better portion of what we are mining for them. We are wasting our time and making them a lot of money. If you like wasting your time and trying to close ads three or four times to get them to close. If I was making a bunch of money off from somebody, I would want to help them. |

I could not find fix, in the settings, or any place else... A game parch to fix this would be nice. We are all either deaf , or hard of hearing so, calling is not an option at this time. Yes we have hearing aids , they squeal when we attempt a phone call . We would have to spend $400.00+ EACH to attempt a Bluetooth connection, and that is no guarant |

But why the review left after 5 years of playing? The COIN Support team. I have never had an issue while playing until yesterday. They resolved a missing NFT purchase within 24 hours. I pretty much was thinking it would be 100% loss on my part but the support team did not give up and was able to fix the issue. Thank you! |
| 2024-08-20 |  | | *Update* It works & pays, but your battery'll feel it. The paid upgrades aren't really worth it, imho. Homebase doesn't always set but somehow it finally did. It frequently is trying to open Google billing services completely unprompted, which is weird These bugs have been the same problems for 2+ years now, thru many phones, but it still works. I added a star because the issue I had was resolved and there was at least a quick response from the dev. 5 would be earned if those bugs were fixed. |

Don't bother filling out surveys or playing games for more coins, as they never award you when you complete them. Since those are through 3rd party (bitlab, tapjoy, etc) everyone passes the buck. So it is a complete waste of time. Great app for a little extra cash if you drive, walk, bike a lot. Don't pay for pro. You won't make your money back unless you drive for a living. |
| 2024-07-06 |  | | There's something wrong with this app. For the last two days, I haven't been able to login to the app. I've tried changing my password uninstalling the app and reinstalling. The same thing keeps happening. It doesn't recognize my old password or the new password. *edit* After a few back and forth emails, I was able to get my account 🙃 back! Thanks again you guys for your help. |
| 2024-06-15 |  | | I've enjoyed using this app over about the past year, on the pro plan for most of it. The tech support has been absolutely wonderful. The three times I've had to contact them, they always replied quickly, and resolved the problem within a few days. And I got the quest 3 I redeemed my coins for, just a few days ago. Could have gotten it for free, but it would have taken a lot longer, and significantly more time. Will continue to use this coin app! |
