My problem is that I'm trying to buy gear from the shop with my red souls but it keeps making me do the free pull. Also, it keeps crashing and giving me numbers as notifications instead of telling me what went wrong. It's become more buggy than the last time I played it, which was at least a year ago. |

But I really really really miss the old one where you can get different grannies by crafting, I came back after almost 2 years and seeing the new update and not being able to obtain the old characters I really love, it is very upsetting. Also, I miss the feature where you can create a room and have people join rooms of their choice. I hope one day these features will be back. |

Idk how long it's been like this but there is stuff that I don't think you needed to change. But I do like added stuff like the parkour. Also a lot of times,not all, when I go to square my phone will literally freeze where it don't it even want to shut off or it will lag really badly. But still good game |

But what bothers me is that sometimes when I play something it either lags or kicks me out and sends me to my home screen. And it's kind of annoying I experience it most of the time. But otherwise. I recommend this game a perfect 5 stars 👌 |

I just think u should improve that so people don't end up wasting red soul on something they won't use. But other than that it is a good game, I recommend it to a lot of people out there if you like online games. |

I only had one problem.. one day I deleted the app and got it again (because my screen was freezing and I tried restarting and it didn't work) so now I'm signed out of my account and I can't get back in. I tried signing in with my wallet but it kept saying "(my user) is already using this wallet acc" so I can't get in.. please help 😰 |

Craft Mode and Infection were pretty popular and I think a lot of people want them back. I personally like the new menu, and I think it makes the game look a lot nicer. Overall I love the game but the new update took too much from the original game. |

The more updates and map changes, the worse the game became. I took an extended break for two years only to return and see that it takes so much additional data to even download. After waiting for 30 minutes to download and another 10 in load screen, I left. Miss the old version and it's unfortunate that I won't be able to play. |

The new update isn't that bad, but every time i play the great escape when a notification pops up this game kicks me out and it's a waste of my time and candies. Hope u fix this and added the game mode in the old granny's house version to the new one. Sorry I can only give 3 stars, tbh I prefer the old granny's house graphics. |
