I've always liked Network Analyzer for quickly identifying device names and their associated IP addresses when needed for various reasons. Unlike many similar apps loaded with ads, this one stands out. I'm even considering upgrading to the pro version, as it's clear the developers believe in the quality of their app, which definitely shows. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I rarely give 5 stars unless something is truly exceptional. But who knows may be back after pro.

Deducted 2 stars because of update. Though it seems the removal of MAC addresses is not the developers fault, it has impacted a big reason I got this app for. I will be side loading an older version to get back these features as long as I can find the .apk from a reputable source. I used this app to help identify devices on my own home network so I could label them correctly in my router. My other use is only slightly hampered. Which is using this app to find free IP addresses on my network.

Google screwed over this developer by blocking the ability to perform network scans. The developer is engaged in trying to find a workaround. My only frustration is that I only noticed this limitation within the app when I was in an area with no WAN access. Perhaps the app could come bundled with the sideloaded version, in the event users need to sideload the app in an offline environment? My other suggestion is the ability to COPY mac addresses within the app

The one star isn't the developer's fault. This app used to be great until Google broke it. You can't get Mac addresses or vendor names anymore. This was extremely valuable in a large network to locate devices. Now the app is crippled, and not nearly as useful. My Pixel won't let me install the older version. Very unhappy.

don't you just hate it when apps start off as free and than a month/year later they carve up that same app's day one features and make it locked behind a paywall all of a sudden. I'm not supporting y'all. That is deception at its finest. I remember when all the features of this app where included freely and now I gotta pay to use them in the "pro" version lol. yeah go screw yourselves. if y'all would've had a down payment in the beginning it wouldn't had been a issue.

This is a great app. No glitches that I have experienced and the ads are noticed but don't get in the way. Thank y'all for that. This thing can be very useful for so many reasons. It's got a very pro look and it's fun to use as well. I'm a little geeky though. I like checking out what is connected to my network and what's out there around my network. I really like this app.

A model of excellence as an app, as a networking tool, and as a tutor in the substance underlying both. Download it and try it out. Look at the explanations for the permissions it requests on your device. Examine the documentation for each function you use as you explore the tool's reach. I don't know the programmer but their thoughtful integrity is on display everywhere.

Very useful app. Very easy. I enjoy the fact that you do not have popup ads ever menu change. I also APPRECIATE the fact what you have in the app is what you get. You have the option to go Pro and that information is provided in the about/help page. There is no option to use something and you click on it and it takes you to another add or tells you to purchase Pro. Thank you!!

This is one of the most simple and complete apps for basic network testing I've run across. IP scans to find active IPs on a subnet. Port scans, types of devices attached to the network, and on and on. If you need something that's several steps down from a vulnerability scanner, but need to find devices on your network, this is it.

Overall does what it is supposed to. Cool to see the hidden network that jumps channels with me. I installed this as my home network has been tampered with several times. Only thing that would be nice is if there was a tutorial for the ping, ip search, ect area. Noob users could benefit from that, especially in a world where your information is so easily accessed by others.
