2024-11-22 | Tiffany Burns | Does not work as intended. Downloaded to utilize the mobile character sheets as described on the website as a mobile feature. You cannot create a character in this. The most you can do is search for information. It seems like you might have to do something website side before utilizing this, which also defeats the purpose of a stand alone app. I wanted to like it. But its absolutely worthless.
2024-10-20 | • PinxyPlayz • | It's better than trying to work on the website when using mobile. However, from what I've seen it's kinda eternally in dark mode, which wouldn't be an issue if all the text actually converted with it. Half the time I have to select the text to read the moves I actually have selected. It also almost never loads in well enough to tell me what exactly I rolled (I can tell if it's a fail but not a mixed success) and says nothing about what my friends rolled so I still have to have the website open!
2024-08-27 | Kitty Valentine | It really does have potential, I wanted to app to keep track of my character as my campaign group uses the website. My character sheet from the website however, never transferred over. When this app is further in development and some bugs are fixed, I will happily come back. Until then, I will be tracking my character elsewhere.
2024-08-14 | Jack Duffey | When I first downloaded this app, the compendium and character sheets worked fine. However, after the latest update I can no longer access the compendium. It states "page not found". I have tried re-installing the app, signing out and in, and accessing different pages. Still, nothing works. It is incredibly frustrating that one of the key features to this app is not functional. As such, I have to suggest people avoid this app for the time being. Should this change I will update my review.
2024-04-03 | anita karlita | The app works okay- I have to restart it a couple times during my sessions, but it helps to look at my stats and feats. However, you can't look at any spells past Level 3, and you can't see the time it takes to cast or the duration on many spells. I can deal with the casting time and duration, but I need access to ALL my spells, not just cantrips to Level 3.
2024-03-16 | Dylan Phillips | You can see your character sheet and that's it. Can't see the chat log, can't look at npc sheets, and can't see the map. The character sheet layout is bad as well, combining parts of the sheet that are on separate tabs on the desktop site. Text boxes on the sheets don't save whatever formatting you had on the desktop site either. A lot to work on before this is more than a janky character sheet viewer, that's trying desperately to be useful. EDIT: I haven't been able to log in since September
2023-12-29 | Ben Lord | Missing fundamental components. Allows for rolling your abilities but that's about it. Better hope you don't need to look up any of the features of your skills, details of inventory items or anything like that, cause half the fields don't expand properly, and all the formatting from the text boxes is lost so everything is mushed together. I'd gladly donate some money or time to getting developer attention to their app, it needs a lot of work.
2023-09-19 | Dante For the Party! | Even for an app that is supposed to let you read you character sheets every sheet I've ever looked at is quote "not optimized for mobile". There is no way I can find to make them compatible. While you can press buttons on the sheet whether or not they actually go through seems to be a dice roll in itself. This app hasn't changed in 2 years as far as I can tell using it. It isn't worth the space to keep if it wasn't for the fact that the website is even less optimized for mobile.
2023-09-03 | David Acord | This is a character sheet only app, so for those saying you can't do much with it - that's not what it's intended for. With that said, it works fine as a viewer to your char sheets, and has the ability to send dice rolls to your game (though this isn't functionality I've needed yet). It would be nice if you could level your characters through the app, but as a reference guide, it's useful.
2023-08-14 | Jason Winn | Updated review: so no pinch and zoom is not good. But worse was in using it in play for the first time last night. When I sent a command to roll a stat in the app, it didn't show up in the roll20 game for about 14-20 seconds. Which is impossible when rolling initiative and trying to keep up with the group. So, nifty concept but no follow-through. |
