The Ottawa Bin Collection app is great, I love the reminders for garbage/recycle day. It gives the details for what you can put out and if there are limits. You can check the Ottawa website too to figure out what goes where too if you're not sure. 5 star app for sure

It would be nice to have maps of like recycling depots, battery recycling locations, etc., but that's just a nitpick on my part. Overall it's honestly the perfect app. Does one thing (notifies you when garbage day is coming up), and does it well.

Sean, 2024-01-07A solid app to have, when it works. I have the notifications set up, but they don't consistently go off. It's troubling to put your faith in the app to let you know via notification the night before for pickup and then you realize that the app let you down when the garbage truck rolls by.
