App doesn't send notifications. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, done all of the troubleshooting steps, etc. From reading the reviews, it seems like it was likely programmed for an earlier version of Android and never fully updated properly by the developers.

saturday schroder, 2024-09-12The waste directory spins forever. You can't even back out of the app at that point, you have to press the home button and kill the app. I tried to contact them about it but their contact is page just dumps you on their homepage.

Corey Ogburn, 2024-03-20Last 2 times it said there was Large Item pickup, I was the only one on the street who drug mine out--and it was NOT picked up, so I had to drag it back! Instead of being informed, I was misinformed. Deleting. EDIT: it does seem more accurate these days.
