After so much time and money invested in this game I reached out due to purchasing a bundle and being charged twice in my account but receiving one bundle support told me to reach out to my bank. This solution was disappointing a waste of my time and effort. Ultimately I have decided to delete my account. I don't recommend this game as it is quick to take your money but not resolve a simple mistake on their end.

Yes the game is fun, yes it is void of commercials. That being said, I have spent 10 out of the last 15 minutes in this game just closing out pop up windows that I never open. There's a new tournament, there's a new contest, there's a new power pack out, there's this and that! I cannot enjoy this game or relax while playing it because of these pop-ups. Totally uninstalled!

I have been playing this game for many years and the most aggravating thing is that when you choose to watch an ad to get more moves, the ad will sometimes end your game even if you are not touching your device. You lose all you progress and it is very frustrating. The support team will lead you on that they can fix it. Then they just drop it.
