| 2024-07-11 |  | | I've tried them all and I think MLO is the best of the task trackers. Structured enough that I didn't have to set it all up from scratch, and flexible enough to suit my specific needs. Syncs seamlessly with my Google calendar, and I can email tasks to my MLO as they pop into my head. The app is easy to use - the popup menu works brilliantly. Support is amazingly timely given they are based in Ukraine. I'm delighted to be able to support their business by using the Pro version |

You really can't do better than what this customer-focused team has developed with MLO. It's customizability requires some perserverance, but it allows you to organize and plan in a way that works for you. The synchronization across Windows and Android, let you update tasks and checklist wherever is most convenient. Excellent. |
| 2024-04-26 |  | | The one Critical Feature that this Wonderful app is missing is more Sort options beyond just Manual Sorting. for instance, A user should be able to sort tasks by Checked, Unchecked, Date Created, Date Modified etc in Ascending or Descending Order. Unfortunately I have to change my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars because of the deficiency. please update this most needed functionality. thanks. |
| 2024-01-30 |  | | For so long I've been looking for a practical app/service for the Tasks on my Life, not just only general Tasks, I mean, personal tasks, business tasks, Goals, Bucket List, etc. I think I’ve finally found it. I love all the customization capabilities, for now the only thing I miss from the MLO Service is a better integration on Mobile, there are missing features between Windows/Android. Also, there’s no Trash, that should be added ASAP, mistakes happen. Let's see how things goes in the future. |

I had wished for the ability to easily move tasks up and down the list. They gave it to me. I'm thrilled with this app as it just keeps getting better. They've made a loyal fan out of me. 6 out of 5 stars! I can't wait to see what other cool things happen. |

SuperHighly Customizable in every way you can think of... I absolutely love this app and use only this app for reminders, notes, voice notes & memos, future tasks like upcoming bills or subscriptions. I Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to organize anything. |

FYI watch out when reading reviews because the google play store is showing old outdated reviews from 2018 first as "most relevant", but the developers have responded to and fixed those issues since! |

Smart automatic prioritization including task dependencies...even for tasks without explicit due dates? Yes, please! (Find another app that can hit that sweet spot well...I sure couldn't.) Group/filter those smart priorities by customizable contexts (e.g., @Home)...even in the home screen widget? And sold, I'm now a believer. |

I will go on to say, MLO is a well thought out app. I like the dashboard design, the apps set up, and functionality. I especially appreciate MLOs flexability which allows me to organize and personalize the app. My favorite aspect is the speech-to-text ability which can be accessed from inside the app or from a small widget. I feel MLO worth the effort to learn. |

Several years ago it had been buggy enough to skip using it, but after trying it again, it is better, considering months of extensive and advanced use. The only issue it has as far as I am concerned, is that it does not allow mobile only use of all the features. They apparently want you to buy the desktop version to use certain features, which just don't work without it. |
