MTM is excited to make it easier for health plan eligible members to manage their non-emergency transportation needs on their schedule. The app provides a convenient and easy to use alternative to calling MTM directly to get the information they need. Upon successfully signing up with the necessary health plan information, users will be able to take advantage of a number of features, including:
i. Ability to manage their contact information
ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM
iii. Cancel rides no longer needed
iv. Request New Rides

I guess there was a recent update or something but for the past month or so, probably longer, I have not been able to log in to the app. I put in my login info then the recaptcha comes up and I check the box that I am human, click sign in, then the box becomes unchecked and I have to do it again, click sign in and the same thing happens over and over and over. Then after about 10-15 tries the verify images come up and then I have to go through that whole cycle, again and again, nothing happens

Jennifer Akinsanya, 2024-11-14The app does not always connect to the mainframe OS (operating system) for MTM and often I have to make a call after requesting a will call. Also, the phone number associated with the MTM service sends you to a dead end that tells you to contact your insurance company that does not have direct access to the MTM service OS. However, they did just update the app so hopefully it will communicate with the MTM system.

Melanie Salsgiver (Mel), 2024-11-07Very poor service. I am visually impaired so I can't use the app or website. When I call, they force me to use their automated system which schedules public transportation. Then I have to call back and it automatically transfers me to an agent to have it switched to a cab. They always run behind schedule so I'm constantly late for my appointment.
