I respect your right to implement ads on your own app you've worked hard on, but it seems rather nefarious that you have titled your app as 'Offline', but are still requesting at the very least "android.permission.INTERNET" from the kernel. In essense, the app is not offline then. Even a local WebView html instance can be rendered without that permission, so please either change the permissions or the title of your application. As of now, this application cannot be considered 'offline'.
